1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2-3 business days.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In case of a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the United States.
  • Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

3. Domestic Shipping Policy

  • Bitton Diamonds ships to all U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipping Methods:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days (available at an additional cost).

4. International Shipping

  • At this time, Bitton Diamonds only ships within the United States.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier’s website.

6. Shipping Insurance

  • All orders over $1,000 will be insured at no additional cost to ensure your valuable items arrive safely.

7. Damages

  • Bitton Diamonds is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
